Hey!

I’m Kyle Baker.

No matter where you heard about this program, whether from a friend or online somewhere, I want to congratulate you on making the decision to reach out about The Athletic Body Blueprint. Obviously, since you’re reading this you are interested in making some improvements to your diet and workout plan. Maybe you haven’t gotten the kind of results you wanted from some other program. Why did I decide to get into online training?

Why is it so cheap?
